Pet Care FAQ Corner
Yes, for the safety of all our guests, all dogs and cats must be up to date on their vaccinations. Dogs require Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella. Cats require Rabies and FVRCP.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during holidays and long weekends — we fill up fast!
Absolutely! We welcome visits so you can see our facilities and meet our team before leaving your pet with us.
Please bring their regular food (pre-portioned per meal), any medications with clear instructions, and a favorite toy or blanket to help them feel at home.
Yes! We offer comfortable and separate boarding for both dogs and cats.
Your pet’s health is our top priority. We will contact you immediately and take your pet to a vet if necessary. We recommend providing your vet’s contact information at drop-off.
Yes! Pets from the same family can share a suite together — it’s actually great for their comfort.
Grooming
Yes, grooming is by appointment only. You can book through our online form or by calling us directly.
Yes! We groom all breeds and all coat types — from short coats to long, thick, or double coats.
It depends on the breed and coat condition, but most sessions take between 2 to 4 hours.
Yes, you can drop off and pick up at your convenience within our business hours.

Yes! First-time customers get 25% off their first booking using code NEW25 (max value $100).
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations during peak seasons may be subject to a fee.

We’re located at 85067 – 169 Ave W, Foothills, AB T1S 0Z8 — just a short drive from Calgary’s SW city limit. Easy to find, plenty of parking!
